UNDERSTANDING SIGNS OF GREATNESS PART 4  

1 Samuel 10:9 
And it was so, that when he had turned his back to go from Samuel, God gave him another heart: and all those signs came to pass that day. 

King Saul of the bible days was a very timid fellow, a shy person who has no physical traits of leadership in him, who thinks the only thing he was good for, was his family's business. He continued in this delusion, until the signs of greatness started unveiling.  
1. The loss 
2. The Sent One 
3. The Anointing. 

4. The Prophecy. 
Every great man/woman on this planet earth has a Prophecy hanging on their head prior to their birth or at the point of their birth or even at the process of growing up, prior to their greatness. Something that have been spoken of them which they may or may not be aware of. It is an undeniable fact that Prophecies precede Greatness. There is no greatness on this planet earth that can't be tied to a prophecy. Before we go on, let us take a little time to give a brief expository on what prophecy really means. 

Prophecies are divinely inspired futuristic declarations being pronounced / declared in the now, with a sure effect on the recipient, which undoubtedly should come to pass if not interrupted by a counter prophecy/principle. Scripturally any prophecy that is not in line with the prophecies of the word of God over our lives is not a prophecy for us. In 2nd Peter 1:21, it was categorically stated: “For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost". 

We have two types of prophecies the written prophecy and the spoken prophecy. As regards the spoken prophecies, they are divinely inspired spoken words about you, that has to do with who you aught to be. The person you were designed by creation to be. Don't play about it, it is a sign of greatness. As regards the written prophecies, they are scriptures that carry your assignment on earth. No matter who you are on earth, there is a scripture(s) that is carrying your assignment, you need to discover it by divine insight. Even Jesus Christ before his work on earth commenced fully he has to search out his own scripture of prophecy (Luke 4:16-19). 

Then Samuel took a vial of oil, and poured it upon his head, and kissed him, and said, Is it not because the LORD hath anointed thee to be captain over his inheritance? (1st Samuel 10:1). So, no matter who you are on earth there is a word for your greatness, there is a scripture carrying your prophecy. Don't be careless to your greatness, whenever you discover a scripture or a spoken prophecy over your life hold firm to it. It is a sign that you are destined for greatness.

Oh Lord as I pray, in Jesus name let my life be a complete reflection of your prophecy over me.

Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom on Saturday escaped unhurt as the Reigners Bible Church International building in Uyo collapsed during a worship session. The governor was the special guest of honour at the consecration service of the Founder of the church, Apostle Akan Weeks, as bishop. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the Reigners Bible Church International building, situated on Uyo Village Road, was still under construction when it collapsed.
